Teardrop Lollipop is based in Brooklyn, New York. Each doll is handmade by me in my studio and shipped from here.

Shipping

Local:

Items ship via USPS within 3-5 business days. All orders within the US are between $10 and $15 for shipping. If the buyer wants insurance, it can be provided at additional cost. A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped. Custom orders will be shipped as described above once they have been completed.

Worldwide:

We do ship worldwide. All fees are $25. Customs fees will be paid by the buyer.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Details

No two dolls are identical. Each are made by hand so every doll will be unique. Please expect a certain amount of imperfections due to the handmade nature of each product. Materials are subject to change based on availability. With natural dyes, fabrics will have unique characteristics that are at most times impossible to duplicate. Please realize that we do our best to represent an accurate depiction of color and texture on our website. But, due to the nature of each viewing screen, some color differences should be expected. All faces are hand embroidered and made with love. We us a mix of new and vintage fabrics and trims. Inventories fluctuate greatly. In many instances, we are working with small scraps of unique textiles. Once they are gone, they are gone. If you see an item you love, we recommend purchasing it immediately.

All dolls are not for children under the age of three. These dolls are not meant for rough play, rather going on adventures, telling secrets to or precious cuddles.  Spot clean with damp cloth and air dry.  These dolls are meant for light play only.

Return Policy

We do accept returns under some circumstances. If an item is damaged in shipping or you are not satisfied for whatever reason, please contact us immediately. Please be aware we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind. If a refund is warranted, it will only be for the price of the item and not postage. The cost of the return postage is at the buyer's expense.
